   TXOL Internet Tier Level Support

TXOL Internet offers three "Tier" levels of support.

    1. Tier(1) For TXOL Dialup, Wireless, and DSL customers only, we offer free phone tech support for Internet related issues involving Internet Explorer and Outlook Express.

    2. Tier(2) TXOL Internet
 "Paid Service". Remote repair for most Software related issues and you are not required to be a TXOL Internet Access Customer.You can browse here at  REMOTE ACCESS HELP CENTER

    3. Tier(3) TXOL Internet
 offers onsite hardware and software repairs.  We provide ONSITE REPAIR SERVICES for both noncommercial and commercial customers.
